Pricing
The programme starts Sunday evening and ends Saturday after breakfast and includes 6 nights shared accommodation in a finely furnished double bedroom in the Villa Vetrichina with private bathroom and with access to lounge and outdoor areas including the pool.
One of the rooms can be modified for twin beds.
All prices are in Euro and relate to exclusive accommodation at Villa Vetrichina, which has 6 rooms for up to 12 guests.
The programme requires at least 6 participants, maximum 12.
Dates are from Sunday to Saturday, with an optional extra Saturday before the programme, including exclusive villa use.
The 6‑night/7‑day programme (Sunday–Saturday) is all‑inclusive and based on double‑room sharing.
Prices exclude June–mid‑September and Christmas/New Year. A seasonal surcharge for June–mid‑September may apply. Prices are valid from February 2026 until updated. After the deposit is paid, your price remains fixed, unless, in the case of 6+ persons, the price will become €4995,00 instead of €5700,00 quoted for 6 + persons.
Transfers are not included but can be arranged. Closest airports: Rome, Florence, Perugia. Nearest train station: Chiusi‑Chianciano Terme.

Arrive on Saturday and relax! The Villa has a swimming pool, and the Fonteverde Spa baths and San Casciano Village are a healthy 5 km walk away.
Includes an evening dinner at the Villa plus a 10% discount coupon for access to the Fonteverde Spa baths (cost for a half day is currently around €30).
Transport to enjoy alternative local activities is possible for an extra cost.

Prices quoted are in Euro
Prices will be reviewed periodically and updated accordingly if necessary. However, I will honour the price quoted at the time of paying your deposit, or a lower price will be applied after 6 people have booked.
The indicated programme for 6 nights/7 days running from Sunday arrival until Saturday departure, is all-inclusive, and is based on a double room occupancy.
Transfers to and from the Villa are not included but can be arranged -.ask for a quote.
Closest airports are Rome (for intercontinental flights), Florence and Perugia.
Closest train station is Chiusi-Chianciano Terme on the main Rome/Florence line.
Deposit and Confirmation:
You are required to pay a deposit of €500 per person at the time of booking. which confirms your place in the programme. The balance to be paid 120 days prior to the start date of your chosen programme. If you should join a programme withi the 120 days prior date, the entire amount will be paid at time of enrolment.
You may pay by credit card, paypal or international bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel you will receive a full refund up to 150 days before your start date. After 150 days and up to 90 days before your start date, 50% refund.
Within 90 days before your start date, the cancellation penalty is 100%, unless you wish to move your start date. This can be advised up to 30 days prior to your original start date and your new chosen date is subject to availability, and must commence within 2 years of the originally booked date,. The change bears a re-schedule fee of €200.
If any part of the programme cannot be carried out due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeur, an alternative of similar type and value will be offered or a partial refund for unused services will be made.
In the event that the published package price should increase by up to 10%, after you have paid your deposit, you will not have to pay additional charges, but if it should increase by more than 10% between the time of booking and 120 days prior to the commencement date, you will have the opportunity to receive a full refund or pay any difference which should happen to be more than the indicated 10% increase.
